About these terms

This website and store are operated by Qian He Tea Private Limited, Singapore (UEN 202402817C). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any information presented during Shopify checkout.

Products and presentation

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Tea is an agricultural product and natural differences in colour, texture and finish may occur. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.

The carved tea pieces and packaging should be handled with care. Product information on the site does not constitute medical or health advice.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges, taxes and the final order total are shown before payment. Payment and checkout are processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

An order is subject to availability and acceptance. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, a price or product detail is materially incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Delivery

Orders are expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. The actual timing depends on order volume, delivery address, stock readiness and the carrier. Any date shown is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect details, an unavailable recipient, carrier disruption or events reasonably outside our control, although we will assist where practicable.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Contact hello@craneandleaf.com as soon as possible if you need to change an order or if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete. A change or cancellation may not be possible once preparation or fulfilment has begun.

Any return, replacement or refund will be assessed in light of the product condition, the circumstances, applicable law and any policy shown during checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, copy content for commercial exploitation, or use the site in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The 千鶴 and Crane & Leaf names, product names, packaging, photographs, text, graphics and other site content are owned by or licensed to Qian He Tea Private Limited. No right to use them is granted except for ordinary personal use of the site.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our liability is not excluded where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
